Alexis joined Habitat in February 2023.  She grew up in the Upstate and graduated from Byrnes High School in 2016. Following high school, she attended USC Upstate and obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a double minor in Child Advocacy Studies and Criminal Justice. While an undergraduate, she developed a passion for helping families and children in need and decided to become a social worker.  She graduated in August 2023 with her Master of Social Work from Winthrop University.  She lives in Spartanburg with her cat, Poncho. She loves to binge-watch Netflix and plan her next Disney World trip in her free time.
