Billy Painter was dedicated to Habitat Spartanburg's mission of providing safe, decent, and affordable housing to deserving, low-income families. Billy worked tirelessly for years on the Habitat Golf Tournament Committee and the Board of Directors. Billy passed away on June 18, 2016, but his legacy continues as we continue to lift Spartanburg families up.
