Molly Moyer is the Professional Development Manager for Morgan Corp., a heavy civil construction firm headquartered in Duncan, SC. A member of the Training Team, Molly leads the organization’s efforts to invest in career and leadership development for 800 talented employees.

Previously, Molly spent more than 15 years in roles related to recruiting, public policy, and fundraising for higher education and nonprofit organizations including United Way of the Piedmont and Hope Center for Children. Leadership development and community connections have been integral (and Molly’s favorite!) parts of these positions.

Molly earned her BA from Converse College (University) and was later recognized among the 125 Outstanding Alumnae during the college’s 125^th anniversary. She is a 2012 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg where she later served as President of the Alumni Board. Molly also participated in Spartanburg Regional Fellows (2019).

Molly loves living in Spartanburg with her husband, Bryan, and two girls, Molly Kate and Livy. In the little free time she has, she enjoys being in Edisto, with friends, and walking the family’s two very chubby golden retrievers.
