Michael Langley is beginning his first term on the Habitat Spartanburg Board of Directors. A son of a homebuilder from Union, Michael has an affinity for seeing a house come together from the ground up. He was fortunate enough to assist his dad on similar projects as a youth. The sense of pride and accomplishment watching a family take the keys to a home and seeing a project come to fruition stuck with him.

Michael believes a safe and affordable home provides the foundation for stable family life and enhances opportunities for economic advancement. Affordable home ownership is such a wonderful tangible gift that Habitat enables. Michael is excited to be a part of the board and looks forward to making a difference in the community.
